Account Management Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Management Program Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute initiatives to improve account management processes for client facing teams
• Analyze areas for process improvement and develop operational plans for small to medium sized programs
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful implementation of programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
• 3 years of work experience in business analysis
• Eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Knowledge of best practice methodologies in leveraging partnerships with business and technology project management offices
• Experienced in meeting facilitation, conflict management, and consensus building
