Job Summary
Overseeing assigned Medical Products and Distribution customers, the full-time Senior Specialist, Account Management will cultivate relationships, manage service needs, and support customer expectations while working remotely or onsite in New York, Pennsylvania, or Ohio.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure supply chain health and service needs are met
- Conduct proactive account reviews and engage regularly with customers on key initiatives
- Resolve order issues by analyzing trends and collaborating with customers to implement solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 2-4 years of customer management experience, preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook), preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, preferred
- Highly motivated and capable of operating effectively within a team, preferred
