Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Management Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business, including new and existing accounts
- Support service managers and specialists while building customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess needs and manage pricing and service-related activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of account management or sales experience
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales
- Experience in identifying and closing new business
- Ability to present multiple product lines
