Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Management Support Specialist to assist in client data management and support throughout the client partnership lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Implementation team to manage client data, surveying, and reporting requests
- Configure, test, and validate member experience products using software tools
- Provide first-level support for client inquiries and troubleshoot issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in information technology, healthcare, project management, or operations
- Working knowledge of technical concepts such as software, databases, and APIs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of Health Plans and member experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
