Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Management Support Specialist to assist in client data management and support throughout the client partnership lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Implementation team to manage client data, surveying, and reporting requests
  • Configure, test, and validate member experience products using software tools
  • Provide first-level support for client inquiries and troubleshoot issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in information technology, healthcare, project management, or operations
  • Working knowledge of technical concepts such as software, databases, and APIs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Health Plans and member experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
