Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Management Team Lead for NORAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear goals and conducting performance reviews
  • Monitor team performance and customer health metrics, reporting trends and opportunities to senior leadership
  • Handle escalations and support Account Managers through complex customer situations and high-stakes retention conversations
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in hospitality or hospitality technology, with a strong foundation in hotel operations
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a customer success or account management team
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations and ability to engage in strategic advisory conversations
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret reports in Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills in a fast-paced remote environment
