Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Managers, the full-time Account Management Team Lead will manage a portfolio of strategic clients, drive revenue growth, and mentor team members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a focused portfolio of larger clients to achieve year-over-year Net Gross Payment Revenue growth of 120%
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 4+ Account Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for internal teams and external clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in an Account Management lead or managerial role with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage large account portfolios
- Leadership experience with a genuine interest in developing others
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
