Job Summary

Leading a team of account managers, the full-time remote Account Management Team Lead will mentor team members while managing a portfolio of approximately 60 clients, focusing on relationship building, issue resolution, and customer retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a small book of business while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Serve as the first line of defense for escalations and high-risk accounts, proactively resolving issues to support client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to discuss performance metrics and provide recommendations
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably within a SaaS environment with a background in Digital Marketing
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
  • Proven track record in customer retention and strategic growth initiatives
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to navigate challenging conversations
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop impactful solutions
