Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Management Team Leader to manage a team of Associate Account Managers and Account Managers while overseeing a select number of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage team performance, set expectations, and provide coaching and feedback
  • Oversee a book of business, ensuring high levels of customer service and timely management of client accounts
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and track time off for direct reports
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably in benefits management
  • Experience using the Alegeus system is preferred
  • Preferred associate or bachelor's degree
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower team members
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
