Job Summary
Driving team performance and operational excellence, the full-time Manager of Velocity Account Management will oversee a high-performing team focused on achieving GRR and NRR outcomes while building scalable workflows and playbooks in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own team-level GRR, NRR, and expansion quotas, ensuring consistent attainment through deal reviews and pipeline management
- Analyze performance data to identify effective strategies and build scalable playbooks for proactive outreach and renewal workflows
- Lead coaching and development through structured 1:1s, customer call reviews, and direct involvement in specific deal situations
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of quota-carrying experience in account management or sales within a B2B SaaS company, including management experience
- Proven track record of leading teams with accountability for NRR, GRR, or expansion quotas
- Experience using data analysis for strategic decision-making in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer engagement quality
