Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales representatives to support business growth and lead generation
• Manage a book of business to ensure customer retention and identify growth opportunities
• Act as a proactive liaison between the company and customers to maximize product and service value

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and two or more years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge and experience in project planning, development, and evaluation
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Office products
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Industry knowledge desired but not required
