Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager I to join their team in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, enhancing satisfaction and solution adoption
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned customer organizations
• Contribute to team goals related to retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in direct customer sales, preferably in the VAR & channel ecosystem
• Strong experience in SaaS, ideally in the cybersecurity industry
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Passion for working with customers and partners
• Demonstrated ability to take action and complete tasks efficiently
