Job Summary
Managing and growing customer relationships within an assigned territory, the full-time Account Manager will drive revenue and profitability while serving as the primary point of contact for clients in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, driving revenue and profitability
- Develop strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and support while tracking sales activity in CRM systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
