Job Summary
To support a growing digital marketing agency, the remote Account Manager will develop and manage client relationships for franchise and non-franchise accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and strategies from inception to delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Drive client engagement through onboarding, support, and upsell opportunities to enhance client lifetime value
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in account management within a digital marketing agency, particularly with franchise clients
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Search and SEO
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C client accounts
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and build rapport with clients
- Experience in franchise or multi-location marketing
