Job Summary
Driving measurable revenue retention and expansion, the full-time remote Premier Account Manager will manage a portfolio of strategic provider relationships, leveraging AI insights to enhance decision-making and client engagement while ensuring compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and revenue within the portfolio
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high client satisfaction through personalized interactions
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends and provide strategic recommendations
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or specialty pharmacy account management
- Proven track record of driving revenue retention and managing high-value accounts
- Demonstrated clinical fluency for credible engagement with healthcare professionals
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field preferred
