Job Summary
To drive growth and enhance customer success, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage a pipeline of accounts, execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Own the full sales cycle, managing the account pipeline and contributing to team goals
- Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities and influence product development
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving monthly quotas
- Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Highly independent with a strong ability for self-learning
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
