Job Summary
Supporting client relationships and driving retention and growth, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage individual revenue targets, contribute to client campaigns, and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance client engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Own individual revenue targets and contribute to pod revenue goals
- Build consultative relationships with mid-level client contacts and support complex account strategies
- Contribute to partner deliverables and ensure timely reporting to guide budget allocation
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales support
- Experience analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environments
