Job Summary
To drive business growth, the full-time remote Account Manager will engage with customers and technology partners, focusing on nurturing existing relationships and prospecting for new business opportunities while ensuring operational efficiency in account management.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and engage with prospective customers to convert leads into long-term clients
- Execute account plans that align with sales targets and collaborate with internal teams to leverage technology solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work/military experience
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the technology industry with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong operational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Experience in developing partnerships with technology vendors to drive joint sales opportunities
- Ability to utilize forecasting and pipeline management for sales growth
