Job Summary

Managing relationships with major regional customer distribution accounts, the full-time Account Manager will drive sales revenue and profitability targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develops specific account strategies and annual operating plans to meet budget goals
  • Executes customer Joint Business Plans and conducts quarterly business reviews with key customers
  • Analyzes business trends and collaborates with teams to drive business growth and improve profitability
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the CPG or FMCG industry
  • Experience with analyzing syndicated data and working within a live trade accrual system
  • Strong understanding of Retailer POS systems and metrics
  • Proven ability to build relationships and navigate a matrixed organization
