Job Summary

Building strong relationships with a portfolio of child care and early education clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage client communication, coordinate digital marketing campaigns, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive outreach and support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to drive renewals and upsells while ensuring client success
• Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, client success, or a client-facing digital marketing role
• Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid ads, SEO, and social media
• Experience managing multiple client relationships or projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools
• A reliable remote work setup and availability to work primarily on an Eastern Time schedule
