Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, providing support in all areas of their benefits program
  • Manage annual renewal process for clients and collaborate with legal and compliance teams
  • Assist clients with compliance obligations and stay updated on benefit regulations

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of experience in the health insurance industry preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
  • CA Life & Health Agent License preferred
