Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell for the assigned book of business
  • Build Success Plans and nurture customer relationships towards those plans
  • Identify new growth opportunities for customers and expand partnerships

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years experience in account management, customer success, or sales
  • Experience working with enterprise brands in SaaS or Mar-tech
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Strong track record of building positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve customer goals
