Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service procedures and training meet client and member service goals
  • Analyze and improve existing processes to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage multiple accounts with a focus on proactive client communication

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a client-facing support function
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, Project, and Excel
  • Background in customer service and problem resolution
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • BA or BS Degree is desirable
