Job Summary

Identify cross-selling opportunities, prevent customer churn, and track performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in customer service or account management
Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
Experience in the P&C insurance industry or related fields
Experience in sales and data analysis
Knowledge of health and/or medicare insurance is a plus
