Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and develop new relationships
  • Understand customer needs and provide demos and presentations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, forecast, and manage business in Salesforce

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience in maintaining and growing customer relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key decision makers and across industries
  • Track record of negotiating complex agreements and driving upsell/cross-sell pipeline development
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM preferred
