Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and develop new relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide demos and presentations
- Meet and exceed sales targets, forecast, and manage business in Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- Experience in maintaining and growing customer relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively with key decision makers and across industries
- Track record of negotiating complex agreements and driving upsell/cross-sell pipeline development
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM preferred
