Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee home improvement projects and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from homeowners and consult on project details to secure business
• Coordinate high-volume home improvement projects, managing client and service provider communications, scheduling, and invoicing
• Cultivate a pipeline of business from leads while managing and advancing existing accounts

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, sales, or account management
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving monthly KPIs
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
• Knowledge of home services or real estate is a plus but not required
