Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee home improvement projects and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from homeowners and consult on their projects to secure business
• Coordinate high volumes of home improvement projects, including client outreach, scheduling, and invoicing
• Cultivate a pipeline of business by managing and advancing existing accounts while developing new partnerships with service providers

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, sales, or account management
• Ability to sell projects and reach customers via phone, email, and text
• Proven ability to manage relationships and projects independently
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
