Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
• Guide clients on e-commerce strategies, optimizations, and website enhancements
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution aligned with client goals

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, preferably in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
• Working knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and related tools
• Experience in project management and familiarity with tools such as Google Suite and JIRA
• Agency experience is a plus
