Key Responsibilities

Develop relationships with smaller to mid-sized clients to increase revenue
Pursue business expansion opportunities with current clients
Acquire detailed knowledge of products and services to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience required
1-2 years of digital marketing/account management experience
Working knowledge of social media management, advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO
Experience with or ability to learn various CRM systems
Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn preferred
