Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to cultivate key account relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, driving retention and expansion to achieve ARR growth targets
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business goals and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience in the technology/software industry preferred
- Proven track record of excellence in SaaS sales with a history of exceeding quotas
- Experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications
- Highly adept at navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with CRM, Salesforce, HR, intranet, collaboration, chat, or enterprise social is a plus
