Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to cultivate key account relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, driving retention and expansion to achieve ARR growth targets
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business goals and proactively identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of field sales or account management experience in the technology/software industry preferred
  • Proven track record of excellence in SaaS sales with a history of exceeding quotas
  • Experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications
  • Highly adept at navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce, HR, intranet, collaboration, chat, or enterprise social is a plus
