Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage software subscription renewals and drive account expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the software subscription renewal process for assigned accounts
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize customer value
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the software or technology sector
  • Working knowledge of Tibco Messaging and experience discussing technical topics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience managing subscription renewals and expanding customer accounts
