Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to nurture and grow strategic accounts while enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients to increase satisfaction, retention, and account growth
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas while servicing accounts to drive revenue
  • Coordinate regular meetings with clients and maintain accurate forecasts of growth potential
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, client success, account management, or consulting
  • Established history of managing issues through resolution and escalation management
  • Proficient in contingent workforce trends and Employer of Record (EOR) models
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Relevant certifications in HR or staffing may be preferred
