Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to support mental health providers and enhance their engagement with services.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with mental health providers and ensure seamless onboarding
• Utilize data-driven workflows to prioritize time based on key metrics and improve outcomes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide necessary resources and maintain compliance with HIPAA standards

Qualifications

• 2 - 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales
• Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement tools
• Strong customer-first mindset and dedication to high levels of customer care
• Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy
• Bonus: experience in the mental health industry or as a licensed mental health provider
