Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (EST and CST) to manage customer accounts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive growth and retention
  • Manage renewals, contract negotiations, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success/Account Management
  • Proven experience managing customer renewals and upsells with SaaS products
  • Ability to manage a large book of business effectively
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
