Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage client program setup, operations, and reporting while coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Lead client review meetings to inform clients on strategy, value, and program metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in an account management role in agency or marketing environments
• Experience in the building industry or related multi-channel/multi-audience sectors is preferred
• Background in marketing, including product or brand management support
• Familiarity with digital marketing and ability to analyze program metrics for insights
• BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; MBA preferred
