Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Identify and partner with the sales organization to pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services
  • Monitor active projects, collaborate with internal teams, and facilitate communication to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the software development or IT consulting industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growing client accounts
  • Strong understanding of custom software development lifecycles and methodologies
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
