Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alternatives Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow client relationships post-initial sale, leading renewals, upsells, and cross-sell activity
  • Drive strategic account execution, identifying whitespace opportunities and expanding product adoption
  • Deliver a best-in-class client experience by managing inquiries and providing product training
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate professional experience in account management or related roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Previous experience with hedge funds, private equity, or private credit clients is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sell initiatives
