Job Summary
A company is looking for an Alternatives Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow client relationships post-initial sale, leading renewals, upsells, and cross-sell activity
- Drive strategic account execution, identifying whitespace opportunities and expanding product adoption
- Deliver a best-in-class client experience by managing inquiries and providing product training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate professional experience in account management or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Previous experience with hedge funds, private equity, or private credit clients is preferred
- Demonstrated track record of driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sell initiatives
