Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand product usage
Serve as a key point of contact for client questions or concerns

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
Experience in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
Natural multitasker capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
Bonus: Minor SaaS sales experience or knowledge of Hubspot CRM
