Job Summary
A company is looking for a Channel Renewal Account Manager to engage and support customers while driving retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer success and growth strategies for a book of approximately 250 customers
- Collaborate with reseller or broker partners to enhance customer relationships and adoption of platform features
- Utilize various tools to manage customer interactions and report on performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance or insurtech industry
- Experience in a brokerage firm or insurance carrier is a plus
- Understanding of the employee benefits landscape and current market trends
- Background in business development, SaaS, or HR tech is beneficial
