Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Renewal Account Manager to engage and support customers while driving retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer success and growth strategies for a book of approximately 250 customers
  • Collaborate with reseller or broker partners to enhance customer relationships and adoption of platform features
  • Utilize various tools to manage customer interactions and report on performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance or insurtech industry
  • Experience in a brokerage firm or insurance carrier is a plus
  • Understanding of the employee benefits landscape and current market trends
  • Background in business development, SaaS, or HR tech is beneficial
