Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager who is customer-centric and proactive in driving growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ local businesses, ensuring their success and maintaining a targeted net retention rate
- Lead performance reviews with clients to demonstrate value, analyze ROI, and align solutions with their business goals
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution and address potential churn risks or technical hurdles
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience as a Client Success Manager / Account Manager in a SaaS organization, marketing agency, or tech startup
- Experience working with a high volume of clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships
