Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to support their team in managing customer relationships and enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for commercial customers, fostering long-term partnerships
• Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with SCBU leaders to align business and customer goals
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of customer account management experience, or 5+ years of account management experience
• Experience working cross-functionally to support customer needs
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of product development and contract manufacturing processes
• Experience in managing commercial contract and pricing negotiations
