Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with key customers, focusing on customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers through proactive communication to ensure satisfaction and growth
- Effectively manage contract renewals and re-negotiations while growing account revenue through up-sell and cross-sell efforts
- Monitor account risks and maintain regular communication with key contacts and decision makers
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development
- Knowledge of web-based software as a service (SaaS)
- Experience in developing relationships and providing strategic advice to Director and Executive-level contacts
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to understand client decision-making processes
- Experience in email or digital marketing is a plus
