Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with key customers, focusing on customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers through proactive communication to ensure satisfaction and growth
  • Effectively manage contract renewals and re-negotiations while growing account revenue through up-sell and cross-sell efforts
  • Monitor account risks and maintain regular communication with key contacts and decision makers
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development
  • Knowledge of web-based software as a service (SaaS)
  • Experience in developing relationships and providing strategic advice to Director and Executive-level contacts
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to understand client decision-making processes
  • Experience in email or digital marketing is a plus
