Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key customers to ensure retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers through proactive communication to ensure satisfaction and high renewal rates
  • Manage contract renewals and grow account revenue through up-sell and cross-sell efforts
  • Monitor and mitigate risk among the account base while collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development
  • Knowledge of web-based software as a service (SaaS)
  • Experience in developing relationships with Director and Executive-level contacts
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to understand client decision-making processes
  • Experience in email or digital marketing is a plus
