Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key customers to ensure retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers through proactive communication to ensure satisfaction and high renewal rates
- Manage contract renewals and grow account revenue through up-sell and cross-sell efforts
- Monitor and mitigate risk among the account base while collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development
- Knowledge of web-based software as a service (SaaS)
- Experience in developing relationships with Director and Executive-level contacts
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to understand client decision-making processes
- Experience in email or digital marketing is a plus
