Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains trusted advisor relationships with customers to enhance experience and retention
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver efficient customer service and benefit solutions
- Facilitates client meetings and supports account maintenance activities, including reporting and open enrollment support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related area, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or healthcare industry
- 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in critical thinking, prioritization, and relationship building
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
