Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains trusted advisor relationships with customers to enhance experience and retention
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver efficient customer service and benefit solutions
• Facilitates client meetings and supports account maintenance activities, including reporting and open enrollment support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related area, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or healthcare industry
• 3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience in critical thinking, prioritization, and relationship building
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
