Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement automated renewal and expansion workflows while monitoring client adoption signals and churn risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance client engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles
  • Hands-on experience with engagement tools such as Salesforce, Pendo, and Outreach
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret signals and take action
  • Experience managing scaled programs and automation workflows
