Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Execute scaled client engagement through automation, campaigns, and AI-assisted communication
- Implement automated renewal and expansion workflows while monitoring client adoption signals and churn risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance client engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles
- Hands-on experience with engagement tools such as Salesforce, Pendo, and Outreach
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret signals and take action
- Experience managing scaled programs and automation workflows
