Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to support their Flash Team in developing strategic relationships with clients and managing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects for partners from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service
• Advise clients on strategic growth initiatives tailored to their unique business models and goals
• Own all client communications, ensuring transparency and professionalism across various channels

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of eCommerce project management experience
• 4+ years of experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Shopify Plus
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for building flash site websites
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to oversee project issues
• Willingness to work EST hours and adapt to changing environments
