Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage renewals and upsell processes for a portfolio of customers
- Analyze usage metrics to evaluate product adoption and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and ensure organizational adoption of the product
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and identify decision-makers
- Experience in driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer usage and identify potential growth
- Willingness to travel for trade shows 2-3 times per year
