Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to expand its client base and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify prospective expansion customers within the existing client base
  • Arrange follow-up discussions after initial connections and collaborate with team members to enhance lead generation
  • Utilize a CRM system to record outreach activities and manage customer interactions effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in an Enterprise Sales role, preferably in technology or professional services
  • Experience with SaaS products and managing sales processes with $50k+ APR deal sizes
  • Background in business process optimization technology or related industries
  • Proficiency in using a well-managed CRM system
  • Formal sales training with a recognized methodology is preferred
