Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and build consultative relationships with client stakeholders
- Oversee end-to-end survey research and data delivery projects, ensuring exceptional execution
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive incremental revenue
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales support (market research or data/tech preferred)
- Proven ability to grow accounts and influence purchasing decisions
- Client-first mindset with strong business acumen
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with survey research, digital advertising, or audience measurement is a bonus
