Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive renewals and upselling efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound renewals activities and maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking renewals activities and develop a quarterly business plan for assigned accounts
  • Leverage internal resources to educate customers on new services and conduct regular reviews with the Renewals Manager
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management within SaaS or software and consulting markets
  • Proven ability to meet sales/quota targets and manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in mentoring junior account managers and guiding on complex client issues
  • Demonstrated success in growing an existing account base
  • Results-driven with the ability to influence others to achieve outcomes
