Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive renewals and upselling efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound renewals activities and maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking renewals activities and develop a quarterly business plan for assigned accounts
- Leverage internal resources to educate customers on new services and conduct regular reviews with the Renewals Manager
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management within SaaS or software and consulting markets
- Proven ability to meet sales/quota targets and manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring junior account managers and guiding on complex client issues
- Demonstrated success in growing an existing account base
- Results-driven with the ability to influence others to achieve outcomes
