Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to support their SMB customer segment remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own renewal and expansion quotas across a high-volume SMB portfolio, building relationships and executing retention strategies
- Manage the full expansion sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing deals
- Develop strategic account plans, monitor account health, and recommend adoption paths to enhance customer value
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales account management experience focused on upsells and expansion
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in Salesforce; familiarity with Planhat or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and adjust communication style as needed
- Process-oriented, adaptable, and committed to improving workflows
